Tim Roth, a long time DSI employee, won the Iron Man Award in 2005.  The International Grooving & Grinding Association (I.G.G.A.) chooses the recipient of the Iron Man Award based on individuals who have displayed leadership in the field, coupled with a commitment to quality.

Louis Murtha, a long time DSI employee, was selected by the International Grooving & Grinding Association (I.G.G.A.) to be the recipient of the 2003 Iron Man Award.  This award is presented to individuals who have displayed leadership in the field, coupled with a commitment to quality.

2007 Concrete Pavement Restoration Gold Winner for Excellent Concrete Pavement Constructed performed on Cherokee Turnpike, Oklahoma.

Southeast Concrete Alliance Network: 2007 Quality Award for Grinding performed on US 1 / US 64 Widening and Reconstruction.

South Dakota Transportation 2006 Quality Award for Asphalt Concrete Construction performed on I - 90 in Lyman / Jones Counties.

2005 National Award for Excellence in Concrete Pavement for Outstanding Design and Construction performed on Creek Turnpike, Jenks, Oklahoma.

Nebraska Department of Roads 2005 Award of Merit in Concrete Pavement Construction for High Quality Concrete Pavement Construction performed on US-77 in Fremont and Nickerson Counties.

2004 National Award for Excellence in Concrete Pavement for Outstanding Design and Construction performed on I-55 CPR Project, Pike County, Mississippi.

Nebraska Department of Roads 2003 Award of Merit in Concrete Pavement Construction for High Quality Concrete Pavement Construction performed on RD-80-4 (1012) Brady East.

State of Minnesota Department of Transportation and  Concrete Paving Association of Minnesota 2003 Merit Award for Outstanding Performance performed on TH 35W in Minneapolis.

2002 National Award for Excellence in Concrete Pavement for Outstanding Design and Construction performed on I-20 Concrete Pavement Reconstruction (CPR), Rehabilitation, and Shoulder Replacement Columbia and McDuffie Counties, Georgia.

Missouri / Kansas Chapter of ACPA and  Kansas Department of Transportation for 1999 Excellence in Paving performed on US-36, Doniphan County which has been rated the best Portland Cement Concrete CPR Project completed in the state of Kansas in 1999.
